ISO
ISO is the International Organisation for Standardisation, a worldwide federation of national standards bodies. The aim of the ISO is to promote the adoption of a process approach in developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system, all to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.
This promotes and encourages a mentality whereby all areas of the business think about the customers that they serve. Each area must consider how they can add value and maximise performance and effectiveness, to try and improve the process.
So what does ISO mean for our clients? ISO gives you the confidence to know that our products have been produced to the highest and most consistent standard. In the unlikely event should anything go wrong, you can be sure that there is a process in place to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Although we have achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation, there always remains in place a continuous cycle of audits and corrective actions to ensure a continually high standard and a constant cycle of improvement.
