Polar Paper Guillotine

POLAR cutting machines (in the graphics industry also known as guillotine or paper cutter) are the durable, programmable cutting machines with hydraulic drive units. Edale Printer

The FDC-510 is an ideal solution for converting conventional or digitally printed products which require cutting, creasing and braille embossing, combining the best of sheet fed flatbed die cutting technology with a cutting edge servo driven constant tension web transport system. With a maximum speed of 10,000 impressions per hour, the ability to nest products up to five across and the benefit of being able to reconfigure the machine for a wide range of carton sizes and forms without specialist tooling ensures that downtime and substrate wastage is kept to a minimum.

Horizon Stitchliners

At up to 5,500 booklets per hour with quick-changeover, the StitchLiner 5500 saddlestitching system is ideal for short, medium and long production runs. The StitchLiner 5500 has a touch screen that simplifies operation and the job changeover is fully automated. The integrated three-knife trimmer section produces neatly finished booklets and requires no intervention by the operator during format changes.

Heidelberg Stahl Automated Folders

Stahlfolder KH 66 and Stahlfolder KH 82 increase your net output by an average of at least 1,000 sheets per hour. The automated cross-fold units reduce the time spent on makeready by up to 80 percent, depending on the job. Standard slitter shaft carriages greatly facilitate adjustments to the slitter shafts. Folding precision and productivity go hand in hand in Stahlfolder KH 66 / KH 82 - also at high machine speeds. Improved sheet guidance ensures exceedingly stable paper travel. Heidelberg ST400 Stitchliner

The Heidelberg saddle stitcher Stitchmaster ST 400 is designed especially for small to medium print runs with frequent format changes. Due to its compact design, this system requires a minimum of space. Makereadies are reduced to a minimum. A menu-driven setup program supports the operator in setting the machine. For format changes, the setting positions are approached step by step by the SPS control system and indicated in the digital display accordingly.

Heidelberg Eurotrim 3 Knife Trimmer

Unlike existing three-knife trimmers, the Eurotrim 1000 does not require any time-consuming setting up in the cutting table and clamping block areas. The user enters values for formats and other production-related parameters via a touchscreen and all axes are then automatically adjusted by means of servo motors.
