At up to 5,500 booklets per hour with quick-changeover, the StitchLiner 5500 saddlestitching system is ideal for short, medium and long production runs. The StitchLiner 5500 has a touch screen that simplifies operation and the job changeover is fully automated. The integrated three-knife trimmer section produces neatly finished booklets and requires no intervention by the operator during format changes.

The Heidelberg saddle stitcher Stitchmaster ST 400 is designed especially for small to medium print runs with frequent format changes. Due to its compact design, this system requires a minimum of space. Makereadies are reduced to a minimum. A menu-driven setup program supports the operator in setting the machine. For format changes, the setting positions are approached step by step by the SPS control system and indicated in the digital display accordingly.
Unlike existing three-knife trimmers, the Eurotrim 1000 does not require any time-consuming setting up in the cutting table and clamping block areas. The user enters values for formats and other production-related parameters via a touchscreen and all axes are then automatically adjusted by means of servo motors.
